The body size is designed according to the size and quantity of the transported molds, with multiple specifications to choose from to accommodate different types of automotive molds.

The bearing platform is the part where the car mold is placed, and its surface is generally flat and covered with anti slip materials such as corrugated steel plates or rubber pads to increase the friction between the mold and the platform and prevent the mold from sliding during transportation.

Height adjustable. The height of the load-bearing platform of some automobile transfer carts can be adjusted. Through hydraulic systems or mechanical devices, the height of the platform can be flexibly adjusted according to different loading and unloading needs, making it convenient for mold loading and unloading operations.

In the stamping workshop, injection molding workshop, etc. of automobile production, it is used to transport molds from the mold warehouse to the stamping machines, injection molding machines and other equipment on the production line, or to transfer molds between different workstations in the workshop.

Mold repair and maintenance workshop

When the mold needs to be repaired, maintained or debugged, it is transported from the production workshop to the maintenance workshop, and then transported back to the production workshop after the repair is completed.

Mold storage warehouse

Used for handling and organizing molds in the mold warehouse, removing or returning molds from storage locations, facilitating mold management and retrieval.
