The omnidirectional (Omni wheel)series electric trackless transfer carts are composed of five major components: the vehicle body, drive unit (motor, speed reducer, wheels), power system, control system, and safety detection and protection system. The Omni-Directional Series series trackless transfer carts feature multiple operation modes: Forward,backwards, rotation left/right, crab driving left/right,lateral movement, diagonal movement, and 360° in-situ rotation around the vehicle's center, etc. They operate with high flexibility, making them suitable for complex production environments, limited production spaces, and narrow paths. Omni wheel transporter can freely navigate through various sites and environments. The carts are also more intelligent and convenient to operate, serving as highly favored handling tools in modern industrial material transportation, applied across all fields of modern industrial production.
REMARKABLE provides non-standard customized omnidirectional cart solutions ranging from 1 to 300 tons. Depending on the cart's load capacity, dimensions, height, and customer requirements, we offer omnidirectional transfer carts with steering wheel or differential wheel set systems.
The differential wheel set features advantages such as higher load capacity, lower vehicle body, stronger adaptability to ground conditions, and minimal impact on the floor.

Self propelled transporter Working Principle
When the operator starts the electric transfer carts, the electrical control system activates the motor according to the command. The motor transmits power to the drive wheels through the gear reducer, causing them to rotate and propel the trolley forward or backward. During operation, sensors continuously feed various data back to the control system, which adjusts parameters such as speed and steering based on this feedback. Once the transporter reaches its destination, the operator stops the motor, completing a cargo transfer cycle.
