Engineered for open-air complex working conditions to transport heavy loads outdoors. Fitted with reinforced load-bearing structure with strong carrying capacity, reliably transporting large components, containers, heavy modules and other super-heavy cargo.

The transporter adapts to outdoor environments including rain, snow, extreme temperatures and coastal salt spray, equipped with complete waterproof, anti-corrosion and dustproof protection. Optional rail-guided or trackless omni-directional traveling solutions. The robust power system enables long-duration continuous operation.

Widely used in port yards, steel structure factories, heavy industry bases, outdoor precast component yards and open-air logistics storage areas, realizing efficient and safe transportation of heavy outdoor goods.

160 tons Trackless Transfer Cart Basic Parameters

1.Overall dimension (L × W): approx. 7000mm × 5000mm; median height ≤ 900mm. No components shall exceed the outline of 7000mm × 5000mm.

2.Height adjustment stroke: ±115mm (relative to median height).

4.Axle configuration: 8 axles, 16 wheels.

Multiway transfer cart Configuration Requirements

1.The transfer cart shall meet load requirements for mounted assemblies, capable of free travelling and lifting adjustment to accomplish long-distance transport, steering and lifting operations. It enables preliminary positioning during installation of rudders, propellers and shafts via self-adjustment.

2.Driving mode: High-power electric motor drive, full hydraulic transmission, microcomputer control, automatic travelling. Heavy-duty rubber-tyred construction, suitable for transporting rudders, propellers and shafts on various road surfaces. Equipped with lithium battery pack to support 5km continuous travelling under full load.

3.All digital signals on the vehicle adopt dry contact output.

4.Master control one-key switch function. After switching, our control system takes full authority over vehicle operation.

5.The tooling electric control cabinet shall be mounted underneath or on the side of the trolley.

6.Vehicle structural strength shall satisfy specified load capacity.

7.Lighting system

Undercarriage lights installed beneath the platform;

Direction indicator lights and vehicle fault warning lights at both ends of platform;

4 hazard warning lights installed at prominent positions.
