20 Ton Omni-Directional Transfer Cart For Steel Billet

This heavy-duty trackless omnidirectional transfer cart is customized for transporting hot & cold steel billets in metallurgical steel plants. It handles material logistics between continuous casting outlets, reheating furnace feeding areas, rolling mill sections and billet storage yards. Equipped with servo steering drive wheels, it requires no rails. Zero turning radius enables in-place rotation, side shift and diagonal travel, perfectly suited for narrow factory aisles and frequently adjusted production layouts.

• High-temperature radiation protection Hot billets reach 600~800°C surface temperature. Heat insulation shields are installed for electrical cabinets and battery compartments. High-temperature resistant seals and forced cooling system isolate thermal radiation to extend component service life.
• Heavy-duty rigid frame Q355 box beam welded platform with excellent shock resistance & anti-deformation performance. Wear-resistant plates and stoppers can be fitted to prevent billet sliding.
• True omnidirectional mobility Multiple servo steering wheels for independent driving; 360° in-place rotation to achieve precise docking in limited space. Eliminates rail installation cost compared with rail transfer carts and overhead cranes.
