10 Ton Lifting Automatic AGV For Automotive Manufacturing Production Line

This 10 ton lifting AGV adopts hybrid navigation of Laser SLAM plus QR code, designed for automotive assembly production lines. With this dual-navigation solution: Laser SLAM supports flexible autonomous travelling inside the workshop, dynamic obstacle avoidance and quick route modification. QR code positioning delivers high accuracy for station docking to ensure precise stopping at assembly points. It is fitted with a built-in hydraulic lifting platform to automatically jack up workpieces and tooling. It realizes automatic transfer and connection of auto parts and chassis assemblies between different assembly stations. It can connect with the workshop MES scheduling system for unmanned cyclic transportation.

Remarkable 10 ton automatic AGV serves as a point-to-point transport device for vehicle shells, spare parts and other workpieces on the production line of Yutong Bus Group. The transporter is equipped with a lifting platform and tool positioning fixtures on the tabletop. When the AGV arrives at the station, it drives underneath the transfer cart shell or workpiece. After the workpiece is fully positioned and safely seated, the positioning fixture receives the signal, and the Self propelled transporter automatically travels to the next station. To achieve superior positioning accuracy, we integrate Laser SLAM and QR code precision positioning with dedicated programs, which greatly improves the customer's on-site production efficiency.
