3 Tons Multifunctional AGV With 1.5m Lifting

The 3 Ton Automated Electric transfer cart AGV is an automated multifunctional electric transport cart designed and manufactured by us for the National Water Conservancy Three Gorges Project. This AGV transfer cart operates automatically via laser navigation, and its handling functions are enhanced with a lifting function, a 360-degree rotating platform, and a V-shaped tooling rack. The AGV can lift up to 1.5 meters at designated workstations to connect with third-party equipment. It can interface with the equipment, pick and place workpieces, and perform 360-degree rotations to complete production processes. This automated AGV, which integrates multiple functions, perfectly meets the requirements for automation, safety, and versatility in the precision equipment manufacturing of the Three Gorges Water Conservancy Project. Movements such as trolley body movement, lifting, and platform rotation can be safely realized simultaneously.
