The client of the 160-ton Multi-directional Electric Transport Cart is a large well-known domestic motor manufacturer.The Overloaded AGV is used for handling tasks in their large energy storage motor project. Their new project and plant are specially for the R&D and production of large energy storage motors, especially offshore wind power motors. They require a large number of handling equipment, such as cranes, electric transport carts, forklifts, etc. As the new project plant is designed as a modern and automated industrial park, all handling equipment must meet the requirements of heavy load, automation, and intelligence.

According to the characteristics of the client's new industrial park project and the transported items-large super-heavy motors-REMARKABLE provides super-heavy AGV and multi-directional electric transport cart solutions. We designed and produced 70-ton and 160-ton omnidirectional electric transfer carts for the client. These carts can achieve AGV automation, enabling forward/backward, lateral, longitudinal, diagonal, crab movement, right-angle turning without turning radius, and 360° in-situ rotation.
