Performance Requirements for Driving and Lifting of AGV Transfer Cart

(1) Motion Control Performance The Self propelled transport cart shall feature omnidirectional movement including forward/backward straight travel, lateral translation and in-place rotation to adapt to narrow aisles and multi-station turning scenarios inside the workshop. Start and stop shall be smooth without impact or obvious shaking to ensure safety of transported products.

(2)Battery Transfer Cart Speed Specifications The maximum straight-line traveling speed shall be no less than 48 m/min with multi-speed adjustable settings (tentatively three speeds: 0.3 m/s, 0.5 m/s, 0.8 m/s).

(3) Heavy Duty Transfer Cart Braking Performance When carrying a load of 3,000 kg and traveling at 48 m/min (0.8 m/s), the braking distance shall not exceed 200 mm. The system shall be equipped with laser obstacle avoidance (obstacle sensing distance: 500 mm) and contact edge emergency stop function.

(4)Electric Transfer Cart Gradient and Obstacle-Crossing Capacity Capable of ascending and descending slopes of 5°. No slipping when parked on slopes under full load. The maximum obstacle-crossing height shall be ≥10 mm.

(5) Ground Adaptability Able to tolerate height difference of 20 mm among four wheels without jamming or risk of overturning during travel.

(6) AGV Lifting Mechanism Performance

Lifting stroke: no less than 130 mm. Multiple lifting height positions can be set. Mechanical and electrical dual limit protection shall be installed at upper and lower limit positions.

Operating parameters: Under 3,000 kg load, the lifting speed shall be ≤5 mm/s with smooth operation free of impact. Lifting repeat positioning accuracy: ±2 mm. Four sets of lifting mechanisms shall operate synchronously to maintain horizontal level.

Power-off protection: Equipped with power-off self-locking function. No sinking or sliding down under full load upon power failure.

(7)Transfer Cart Automatic Centering Function

Front-rear centering: When the transport cart drives under the transfer frame, it shall automatically detect the relative front-rear position, stop at the preset position via closed-loop control, and disable forward/backward commands from the remote controller.

Left-right centering: Support one-touch automatic docking mode. The vehicle shall automatically measure distances on both sides and disable left/right rotation commands from the remote controller.
