The trackless transfer cart with tabletop roller design achieves low resistance, collision free, and flexible docking and transfer between materials and tabletops by arranging multiple sets of directional or universal roller modules on the load-bearing tabletop. Compared with traditional fixed flat tabletops, it has multiple outstanding application advantages:
1. Loading and unloading are more effortless, without the need for heavy auxiliary equipment
The roller table greatly reduces the friction coefficient between materials and the vehicle body. Manual or simple pushing devices can easily complete the horizontal and vertical translation of goods for loading and unloading, without the need for heavy-duty loading and unloading equipment such as forklifts and cranes, reducing on-site operational intensity and improving loading and unloading efficiency
2. Seamless integration with production lines and roller lines to achieve streamlined operations
The height of the roller table can be accurately aligned with the workshop roller conveyor line, production line workstations, and processing equipment feed ports. Materials can be directly circulated in both directions between the production line and the trackless car, forming a continuous and automated logistics loop, suitable for intelligent assembly line production scenarios.
3. Compatible with automation, able to interface with robotic arms and AGV scheduling systems
The tabletop roller can be combined with automation components such as pneumatic stop, electric feeding, and limit mechanisms, and linked with robotic arms, truss robots, and workshop MES/AGV scheduling systems to achieve unmanned operations throughout the entire process of automatic loading, unloading, reversing, and transportation, further enhancing the level of workshop intelligence.
