This is a transfer project for 3D printing equipment supplied to CCCC Group. It is designed to support remote control operation and autonomous driving. While meeting equipment transportation requirements, the system is safe, stable, reliable, economical, advanced, and forward looking to adapt to the development of automation.

8Ton Lifting Pallet Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) with Laser Navigation

The AGV transfer cart initially parks in the charging area / designated area in standby mode. The operator sends commands to the cart via wireless network using the ground control system. After receiving the command, the AGV moves under the designated pallet, lifts it, and travels to the designated storage location.

Once the goods are stably placed on the pallet, the operator sends a destination command. The cart travels along the preset route and delivers the goods to the designated position, and the cycle repeats.

The AGV transfer cart is equipped with a manual operation mode, which allows the cart to be controlled via a wireless remote controller to perform all handling functions.
