Start the vehicle: Before starting the transfer vehicle, you need to strictly follow the operating instructions for inspection and operation. Make sure that the manual power switch is turned on and the circuit is connected.
Cargo collection process:
After parking, pull the handbrake.
Put down the cargo box lifting device pallet, put the cargo box into the lifting device, and complete the cargo loading.
When moving the vehicle to change the loading position, the bucket hanging device must return to its position.
Repeat the above operation to repeatedly load the cargo until the compartment is full.
Start the vehicle and transport the cargo away.
Cargo dumping process:
Pull the handbrake and stop the vehicle at the cargo dumping position.
Pull the manual crank handle of the cargo box to the "up" position, the lifting cylinder extends, the cargo compartment flips, the rear door locking mechanism opens at the same time, and the cargo is unloaded from the compartment.
Pull the hand crank handle to the "down" position, the compartment flips and falls onto the subframe, and the rear door locking mechanism automatically locks the rear door.
Start the vehicle and drive away from the cargo dumping location.
Notes:
When loading cargo, the operator should keep a certain distance from the carriage to avoid bumping against the outer surface of the carriage, and it is forbidden to throw out the opposite warehouse door.
When loading cargo, the vehicle should be parked in a reliable position and the handbrake should be tightened.
When dumping, the rear door locking hook must be in the open state to ensure that there are no idle people in the dumping operation area.
After the carriage is reset, ensure that the rear door is locked.
