Wireless Battery Power Supply, Free Operation

Equipped with high-capacity industrial maintenance-free batteries, the cart supports long-duration continuous operation after full charging. Different from traditional cable-powered transfer carts, it requires no on-site wiring, eliminates cable aging, winding and leakage risks, and greatly improves the flexibility of workshop layout and operation. The built-in DC motor features large starting torque and strong overload resistance, ensuring stable power output even under full-load conditions, with low failure rate and long service life.

Heavy-Duty & Durable Structure

The whole vehicle frame is welded with high-strength sectional steel, which undergoes stress relief treatment to effectively prevent deformation and cracking under long-term heavy-load operation. The bearing platform is designed with anti-slip and anti-shock structures, and can be customized with fixed limit brackets according to the oil tank shape, which firmly fixes the oil tank to avoid sliding and shaking during transportation. The matching thickened wear-resistant solid wheels adapt to various road conditions such as workshop epoxy floor, cement floor and flat yard ground, without damaging the ground and ensuring smooth driving.

Dual Control & Easy Operation

It supports dual operation modes of on-board handle control + wireless remote control, realizing flexible forward, backward, steering and speed regulation. The operation interface is simple and intuitive, with no professional operation skills required. The cart is equipped with stepless speed regulation function, which can adapt to precise handling and long-distance rapid transportation scenarios, effectively improving workshop transfer efficiency and reducing manual handling costs.
