Hydraulic Safety Protection: Overload pressure relief, hydraulic pipeline explosion-proof valve, lifting self-locking, unilateral tilt emergency stop, to prevent container falling and sideslip;

Peripheral Anti-collision Protection: Surrounding infrared anti-collision sensor, sound-light alarm device, automatic emergency braking when encountering obstacles within 2m;

Load Monitoring Protection: Real-time dynamic load detection, automatic alarm and power cut-off under overload and eccentric load conditions;

Electrical Safety Protection: Rainproof electrical cabinet, leakage protection, emergency stop button, low battery automatic power-saving protection, adapt to outdoor rainy and high-temperature working environment;

Synchronized Hydraulic Lifting, Stable Load-Bearing Protection

    Adopts multi-cylinder hydraulic synchronous lifting system with digital flow regulation function, standard lifting height 0-300mm, customizable maximum lifting height up to 500mm. Equipped with hydraulic self-locking, pressure maintaining anti-falling and tilt correction modules, it realizes uniform stress on the bottom of energy containers, avoids battery cabinet extrusion, shell deformation and internal electrical component displacement caused by uneven lifting. The integral high-strength box-type chassis undergoes annealing stress relief treatment, with anti-torsion and anti-deformation performance, ensuring long-term heavy-load operation stability.

Zero-Emission Battery Drive, Energy-Saving On-Site Operation

    Configured with industrial-grade lithium iron phosphate battery pack, matched with intelligent frequency conversion motor and silent reduction drive system. It supports 8-10 hours continuous full-load operation after one full charge, features low noise, zero exhaust, no oil pollution, fully compliant with indoor closed energy storage workshop and outdoor environmental protection power station operation standards. Optional fast charging module realizes 2h quick charge, greatly improves continuous operation efficiency, and reduces daily operation energy consumption by 35% compared with diesel handling equipment.

Intelligent Humanized Control, Low Operation Threshold

    Dual control modes of wireless remote control + onboard cab control are optional. Equipped with PLC intelligent centralized control system, one-key horizontal leveling, fixed-point parking, speed adjustment and fault self-diagnosis functions. The system reserves docking interface for workshop MES and AGV scheduling system, supporting semi-automatic and fully automatic unmanned handling linkage, reducing manual operation dependence and lowering labor cost for container turnover.
