The 5 Tons Omni-directional Roller Conveyor Die Transfer Cart is a professional heavy-duty handling vehicle customized for factory mold, die and heavy workpiece transfer. Featured with mecanum omnidirectional wheels, the cart can realize 360° in-situ rotation, forward, backward, lateral and diagonal free movement without laying ground rails, which fits flexible operation in narrow workshop space.
The whole cart adopts thickened integral steel welded structure, high load-bearing capacity, deformation resistance and long service life. Heavy-duty roller conveyor is mounted on the top platform, which can perfectly connect with workshop roller assembly lines to finish automatic loading and unloading of dies efficiently.
