The customer's main challenge lies in the difficulty of moving these massive and heavy oil and gas storage tanks, especially when transferring them within and between workshops. The process must be both safe and efficient, capable of reaching areas inaccessible to cranes, while offering greater safety compared to crane operations.
Handling Solution:
REMARKABLE proposed heavy load 50 tons Multi-Drive battery transfer cart solution. The trolley size 8000*3000*800 mm and can transport tanks ranging from 4000 to 13000 mm in size. With a 50 ton load capacity, it handles cargo weighing between 1 to 50 tons. Additionally, we equipped the Multiway transfer cart with a lifting mechanism, providing a 300 mm lift height.
The customer places the storage tank on a pallet for production operations. When transferring to another production process, the 50 ton Omnidirectional mobile transfer cart maneuvers underneath the pallet, lifts the entire pallet with the storage tank, and transports it safely to the designated location.
The 50 ton electric transfer cart adopts a steering-wheel omnidirectional movement design, driven by servo motors. Each wheel set can synchronously steer and move in any direction on the spot, with zero turning radius and 360° in-place rotation, making it highly suitable for workshops with limited space. This ensures higher efficiency and safety during transportation.
