In many practical application scenarios, customers in the field of paper roll transportation have shown great favor towards trackless omnidirectional vehicles and have transformed them into specialized paper roll transportation solutions, greatly improving the efficiency and accuracy of production logistics.
In order to accurately match the special requirements of paper roll transportation, we have carried out targeted optimization design in the equipment development and customization process.
On the platform of the trackless omnidirectional vehicle, a paper roll steel core fixing frame has been specially added. This fixing frame is made of high-strength steel and can perfectly fit the steel core structure of the paper roll, ensuring that the paper roll will not shake or deviate during transportation, fundamentally guaranteeing the safety of paper roll transportation.
At the same time, the equipment is also equipped with a precision controlled lifting table, which can flexibly adjust the height of the table through advanced hydraulic or electric lifting systems to meet the picking and placing needs of different workstations.

In the actual operation process, the operation process of the trackless omnidirectional vehicle is efficient and precise.
After receiving the transportation instruction, it can autonomously travel along the preset path or through the intelligent navigation system to accurately arrive at the designated paper roll storage station.
After reaching the position, utilizing its omnidirectional movement characteristics, it smoothly moves horizontally to directly below the paper roll, and the entire process is like precise "positioning", with errors controlled within a very small range.
Subsequently, the lifting table slowly rose according to the set program, firmly supporting the bottom of the paper roll and smoothly removing it from its original workstation, avoiding possible damage to the paper roll caused by manual handling.

After completing the coiling operation, the trackless omnidirectional vehicle activates the lateral movement function again, adjusts its position flexibly, and smoothly enters the main channel.
During the main channel driving process, thanks to omnidirectional movement technology, it can easily avoid obstacles and maintain stable driving speed and direction.
When arriving near the destination workstation, the equipment performs precise position adjustment again, moves horizontally to the designated unwinding position, and then the lifting table slowly descends to safely and smoothly place the paper roll on the target workstation. The entire transportation process is seamless, achieving fully automated and high-precision operation of the paper roll from picking to discharging.
