The steering wheel is a mechanical structure that integrates a drive motor, a steering motor, a reducer, and wheels. It is driven by a DC motor, which has strong stability and simple control. The steering wheel can provide both traction (drive) and active steering, so one steering wheel has two degrees of freedom. Using one or more steering wheels can achieve omnidirectional movement for transport flatcars, such as lateral movement, longitudinal movement, stationary rotation, oblique movement, etc.

The wheel material is covered with polyurethane, with characteristics of small size, high load-bearing capacity, small turning radius, impact resistance without cracking, good wear resistance, low noise, light weight, strong compression resistance, no damage to the ground, and strong low-temperature resistance. The wheel assembly is clamped onto the positioning plate of the frame bearing beam and fastened with bolts.
