The frame is made of high-strength steel plate box welding, with overall shot blasting and anti-corrosion, supported by multiple wheel sets to ensure heavy-duty stability. The load-bearing platform is equipped with a V-shaped/saddle shaped bracket, which can be adjusted according to the diameter of the steel coil and is compatible with steel coils of Φ 1000-2500mm. The walking system includes an AC variable frequency motor and heavy-duty solid steel wheels, with a speed range of 0-25m/min and stepless speed regulation.The power supply can be selected from lithium batteries, cable reels, sliding contact wires, and supports multi shift continuous operation.
The safety measures include front and rear laser collision prevention, sound and light alarm, emergency stop, overload/leakage protection, and limit switch.
At the same time, hydraulic lifting, weighing modules, RFID positioning, and track turntables (cross directional) can be equipped according to the needs of on-site work.

It features a load capacity of 10–50 tons as standard and can be customized to over 500 tons, meeting the high-frequency transportation demands for 20–40 tons steel coils. Adopting rail guidance with mechanical or photoelectric positioning, it achieves millimeter-level accuracy, making it ideal for fixed routes, high-beat and high-repetition working scenarios. Equipped with PLC and variable frequency drive, it can connect with MES/WMS systems to realize automatic path navigation, automatic charging, automatic loading and unloading, as well as unmanned operation. It also offers strong environmental adaptability, with a temperature resistance range of -20℃ to 50℃, dustproof and oil-resistant properties, suitable for use in metallurgical workshops.
