40 Tons Rail transfer cart with Longitudinal and Lateral Movement is mainly transportation equipment that move longitudinally (along the track direction) and laterally (perpendicular to the track direction) on the track.In addition, this car is also designed with hydraulic lifting function, which facilitates easy loading and unloading of goods and accurately unloads at specific work locations.This design reduces costs and also enables two vehicles to be used in series to transport goods of the same length. It is also possible to easily switch wheels on the intersecting tracks and transfer from one track to another on a different track.

-Material transportation: Goods can be transported from one location to another in factories, warehouses, logistics centers, and other places, achieving automated material handling and improving logistics efficiency.

Due to the relatively long size of the transported goods, our engineers designed two rail transfer cars to be used in series according to the customer's usage requirements, and designed the function of synchronously realizing vertical and horizontal movement to jointly transport the same heavy and large-sized goods. In addition, hydraulic lifting function has been designed for each transporter, which controls the operation and lifting programs of the transfer trolleys through PLC programming, achieving the safe and accurate loading and unloading of goods to specific work stations for two transfer carts.

KPX Series of motorized rail transfer cart's structure is made up of car frame system, transmission device(driving wheel set, motor, reducer, coupling), driven wheel set, electrical control components(control cabinet, battery, charging machine) and operation devices and so on. The motor provides power, and after the reducer reduces the speed and increases the torque, the coupling drives the wheels to rotate and achieve longitudinal movement.

There are emergency stop buttons installed at the four corners of the vehicle. In case of an emergency, the emergency stop button should be pressed nearby in a timely manner to stop the vehicle. After the emergency situation is resolved, the emergency stop button should be rotated clockwise to reset the current state and continue running.

The railway transfer carts is equipped with laser obstacle avoidance sensors at the front and rear. When an obstacle is encountered in front of the transporter, it will automatically stop running. After the obstacle is removed, the vehicle will resume operation with a delay.
