Performance characteristics
High positioning accuracy: Using a variety of positioning technologies such as laser ranging and encoder, it can accurately stop at the specified position to meet the accurate access requirements of goods, and the positioning accuracy can reach the millimeter level.
High running speed: It has a relatively fast driving speed. The running speed of a general straight-line rail shuttle vehicle can reach 200 m/min, and the no-load running speed of a circular rail shuttle vehicle can reach about 1.5 m/s, which can quickly complete the task of goods transportation and improve the logistics efficiency.
Strong load capacity: According to different application scenarios and needs, rail shuttle vehicles with different load capacities can be designed and manufactured, ranging from several hundred kilograms to tens of tons, which can meet the handling requirements of various goods.
High degree of automation: It can communicate with the host computer or WMS system, combined with identification technologies such as RFID and barcodes, to realize automatic identification, access and other functions, without manual intervention, which can greatly improve the automation degree and management level of warehousing operations.
Good safety: It is equipped with a variety of safety devices, such as anti-collision devices, limit switches, laser rangefinders, etc., which can detect obstacles in time during operation and take corresponding measures to ensure the safety of vehicles and personnel.
