Our KPX battery-powered rail transfer cart is specially customized for battery energy storage manufacturing workshops, dedicated to transporting battery packs, clusters, ESS cabinets and liquid-cooled energy storage containers along fixed tracks.

Self-contained lithium battery power supply, no external cables or electrified rails, safe for lithium battery production workshops, explosion-proof version optional.

Heavy box girder low-center frame with hydraulic lifting buffer system, smooth start & stop without impact to protect lithium cells and cooling pipelines.

Precise rail guidance with lateral deviation ≤10mm, supports straight, curved and S-shaped tracks, suitable for automated assembly lines.

Dual control: wireless remote control + onboard control panel; equipped with anti-collision buffer, emergency stop, overvoltage & overload protection.

Load capacity from 2 ton to 80 ton, platform size, lifting height, track gauge can be fully customized according to your ESS equipment dimensions.
