The 90 ton explosion-proof self-propelled transporter is a highly targeted solution for the wind power industry. It integrates the heavy load capacity of self-propelled transporters with explosion-proof technology, specially developed to address the unique challenges in the manufacturing and transportation of wind power equipment.
Boasting a 90 ton load capacity, this transporter is widely applicable to multiple working scenarios in the wind power sector. It delivers excellent performance for on-site transportation of onshore wind power facilities, as well as manufacturing and yard handling of offshore wind power equipment.
We designed and manufactured a 90ton explosion-proof omnidirectional AGV for a major state-owned enterprise engaged in new energy storage materials in China, which is deployed for material handling during wind power equipment production. The transport cart dimensions are 8000mm*2600mm with a rated load of 90 tons. Its body, wheels, explosion-proof electrical components and earthing system have all passed professional explosion-proof testing and treatment, complying with the Ex db eb mb ⅡC T4 Gb standard for explosive atmospheres. A customized loading platform is equipped to facilitate docking with transported equipment.
This heavy-duty explosion-proof omnidirectional transfer cart has been delivered and put into operation at the client's site, boosting the production efficiency of the client's new workshop by 30%.
