The 20T Automatic Telescopic Platform omnidirectional transfer cart is a highly customized electric transfer cart integrating three functions: "heavy load, telescopic deck, and omnidirectional movement", developed for our long-term customer in Chengdu.

Based on the customer's load requirements, ground conditions, docking accuracy, matching wheel system, deck structure, working environment and operation demands, we customized this automatic telescopic omnidirectional transfer cart.

It can safely and efficiently carry assembly manipulators to various stations for assembly operations, greatly improving productivity at the customer's site.

Automatic telescopic arm: Built-in telescopic arm with an extension of 1.5 meters

Positioning device: After the telescopic arm identifies and positions, support legs can be deployed for fixation to ensure safe assembly operations

Intelligent operation: HMI human-machine interface

Movement mode: Omnidirectional movement, including longitudinal & transverse travel, 90° right-angle turning, 360° spot rotation, and crab walking

Customized deck: Manipulators can be installed on the deck
