Rail Transport Trolley
The frame is a frame structure welded with several longitudinal beams, crossbeams, and tabletop panels. In order to prevent concentrated load deformation, channel steel is used as the crossbeam of the frame, and all the steel plates below the tabletop are welded into a grid shape, making the frame uniformly stressed. The front and rear wheels are driven together, providing even and abundant power, effectively reducing the height of the table.
Maintenance and upkeep of wheels
During the use of the wheel, it is necessary to regularly check the technical status of each component, promptly clean up any debris such as dust, water, oil, and iron filings that may enter the machine body, and take preventive measures.
The air duct of the wheel must be unobstructed and there should be no heat source placed around the driving wheel. If any problems are found, preventive measures should be taken in a timely manner.
Pay regular attention to whether the bearings have abnormal sounds, overheating, oil leakage, and excessive axial and radial shaking. If problems are found, they should be dealt with and damaged bearings should be replaced in a timely manner.
Under normal circumstances, replace the lubricating grease every six months. When replacing grease, first wash the bearings with kerosene or gasoline, and then fill two-thirds of the bearing chamber with grease. Too much or too little is not conducive to lubrication.
The driving wheel should be regularly inspected, usually once every three months for minor inspections and once a year for major repairs. If the winding of the driving wheel is burned due to an accident, it should be promptly disassembled and analyzed for the cause. Usually, the secondary winding is burnt out due to startup switching failure or capacitor short circuit; The main winding is burnt out due to long-term overload or startup blockage. If the above situation occurs, the drive wheel winding needs to be replaced, and the cause of the accident must be ruled out before it can be reused.

Precautions for use of rail transfer cart
During cart's operation, it is prohibited to open the onboard electrical control box to prevent electric shock.
During operation, the vehicle should move slowly and it is strictly prohibited to quickly change the direction of travel or apply reverse brakes.
When shipping objects, overloading is not allowed. The stacking of objects should be evenly distributed and concentrated loads should be avoided as much as possible.
If the contactor continuously jumps after pressing the start button, the operation should be stopped immediately. Check if the terminals of the control circuit are loose and if the power supply voltage is too low.
