Rail Electric Transfer Cart Transportation Solutions

For the China Railway customer, the project primarily involves the production of high-speed rail bridge components, concrete prefabricated parts, modules, and more.To enhance production efficiency, reduce labor costs, and achieve automation and standardization of material transfer, we plan to introduce rail electric transfer cart system. This system must meet requirements such as transporting heavy reinforced concrete prefabricated parts, enabling cross-area distribution, and matching the (rhythm) of the production line. We have designed a ferry-style (mother-child) rail transport cart system. This system features two levels: Lower Level (Mother Car): Battery-powered, allowing unrestricted movement regardless of route or distance. Upper Level (Child Car): Powered via a sliding contact line, it shuttles between different warehouses and module storage areas for frequent, short-distance picking, delivery, and transport. The child car loads onto the mother car, which then transports the modules to designated workstations and automatically connects with subsequent production processes. The rail transfer trolley are equipped with customized lifting and roller conveyor systems, enabling all processes to be completed with full automatic integration. We provide customers with complete design, implementation, and operation of transportation and handling systems, meeting their automated production needs and significantly improving efficiency.
