Henan Remarkable has specially designed two sets of 35 Tons Injection mold Battery Trackless Transfer Carts for our Mexican client. Due to the large load capacity, we have designed hydraulic steering mechanisms to ensure that the transfer trolleys are more stable and safe during operation and turning. We can also design a dual hydraulic steering mechanism to reduce the transport platform's turning radius. If the turning space is too small, we can also design it as an omnidirectional mobile transfer trailer. In addition, hydraulic lifting function can be added to the countertop to prevent goods from getting wet in rainy weather, and a design of movable waterproof tarpaulin can also be added. We have also designed protective measures for this car, such as sound and light alarm lights, emergency stop buttons, and laser obstacle avoidance sensors.

Main safety protective devices:

-Emergency stop button: It can quickly cut off power in case of emergency, ensuring the safety of people and carts.
-Laser obstacle avoidance sensor: automatically detects obstacles ahead and triggers warning or braking to reduce collision risk.
