Differential steer operation principle: The RWP series electric transfer cart wheel set consists of two active wheels and two universal wheels. When turning, the controller controls the speed difference between the two motors to achieve turning, while the universal wheels passively turn. 

The overall structure of an electric transfer car is mainly composed of a frame, transmission system, control system, drive system, remote control system, power supply system, protection system, and other functional modules.

The frame made by structure welded together with several longitudinal beams, several transverse beams, and a tabletop panel. In order to prevent concentrated load deformation, the standard profiles or plates below the tabletop panel are all welded into a grid structure to enhance the strength of the tabletop panel, so that the tabletop panel of the frame can withstand large forces without deformation.

The transmission system refers to the wheel set device of an electric transfer car, which is composed of different numbers of differential wheels and steering wheels. When turning, the differential wheel turning is achieved by controlling the speed difference between the two motors through a controller. The steering wheels are controlled synchronously by a hydraulic system.The material of the wheel set is covered with polyurethane, rubber, nylon and other materials. Its characteristics include small size, high load-bearing capacity, small turning radius, impact resistance without cracking, good wear resistance, low noise, light weight, strong compressive strength, no damage to the ground, and strong low-temperature resistance.The wheel assembly is clamped onto the positioning plate of the frame bearing beam and fastened with bolts.
