The electric transport cart had to meet the strict height and size requirements of the pallet racks and workstations while fulfilling functions such as lifting and omnidirectional movement. For a heavy-duty trolley with a load capacity of 6 tons, dimensions of 2400*1700*400mm, and a lifting height of 100mm, such size and functional requirements posed immense difficulties in equipment layout-a technical hurdle that many manufacturers failed to overcome.
