This is an omnidirectional trackless transport vehicle with hydraulic lifting function specially designed for a century old Japanese enterprise. The design difficulty of this vehicle lies in the height of the table and the lifting function. It needs to meet both the customer's requirements for table height and the safety lifting function of the hollow shelves on site. Our technical team has been continuously researching and designing solutions, and after about a month, we have finally completed the design of a transfer vehicle that can fully meet customer needs. This heavy-duty omnidirectional vehicle is mainly used in narrow spaces and cannot turn in very narrow spaces. Therefore, the vehicle is designed to move vertically and horizontally, as well as diagonally. This design is stable, flexible, and safe.

The power unit, oil cylinder, control valve and other components of the hydraulic system can be designed modularly, which can be flexibly arranged according to the body size of the railless vehicle, without occupying cargo space, and is suitable for various vehicle models such as small railless vehicles and large tonnage platform railless vehicles operating in narrow tunnels.
3. Self locking safety design, high reliability
The system is equipped with a hydraulic lock, which can automatically lock the lifting oil cylinder in case of power outage, pipeline failure and other emergencies, preventing the platform from accidentally falling and ensuring the safety of goods and personnel from a design perspective, without the need for additional complex mechanical locking mechanisms.
4. Buffer and shock absorption design for smooth operation
The viscosity of hydraulic oil can achieve flexible buffering during the lifting process, and with the precise control of the speed regulating valve, it can avoid the impact and shaking during platform start and stop. It is suitable for handling precision instruments, fragile goods and other goods that require high stability.
