This is an omnidirectional trackless transport vehicle with hydraulic lifting function specially designed for a century old Japanese enterprise. The design difficulty of this vehicle lies in the height of the table and the lifting function. It needs to meet both the customer's requirements for table height and the safety lifting function of the hollow shelves on site. Our technical team has been continuously researching and designing solutions, and after about a month, we have finally completed the design of a transfer vehicle that can fully meet customer needs. This heavy-duty omnidirectional vehicle is mainly used in narrow spaces and cannot turn in very narrow spaces. Therefore, the vehicle is designed to move vertically and horizontally, as well as diagonally. This design is stable, flexible, and safe.

The core of the laser+magnetic navigation composite AGV is that the laser is responsible for global positioning and flexible path, and the magnetic strip is responsible for local high-precision and stable correction, balancing flexibility, accuracy, cost, and reliability. The advantages are concentrated in these points:
1. Double improvement of positioning accuracy and stability
-Magnetic navigation: Driving along the magnetic strip, with high repeatability accuracy (within ± 5mm), strong anti-interference, suitable for high-precision docking scenarios such as workstation docking, loading and unloading, charging, etc.
-Laser navigation: Global trackless free path, using reflector/environmental feature localization to solve the limitation of magnetic stripes that can only follow fixed lines.
-After compounding: Long distance/complex paths are planned using laser, key workstations/docking points are guided by magnetic cutting, achieving both accuracy and flexibility.
2. Balance between path flexibility and renovation costs
-Laser can dynamically change paths, avoid obstacles, and schedule multiple vehicles, making it suitable for flexible production with multiple varieties, small batches, and frequent line changes.
-Magnetic stripe construction is fast and cost-effective. Magnetic stripes are laid on key routes (such as main channels and docking points), while lasers are used for the rest, greatly reducing the amount of magnetic stripe laying and later renovation costs.
3. Enhanced environmental adaptability and anti-interference ability
-Laser is sensitive to strong light, dust, and reflective interference, while magnetic navigation is almost unaffected;
-Magnetic navigation is sensitive to magnetic stripe wear, metal interference, and single path, and can be compensated by laser.
-After compounding, magnetic navigation is used to ensure a minimum in harsh environments (high dust, strong reflection), and laser navigation is used as the main navigation in open/complex environments, significantly improving the robustness of the system.
4. Multi scenario adaptation and efficiency optimization
-Storage/Logistics: Laser is responsible for free handling in the warehouse area, while magnetic strips are responsible for platform/shelf docking, balancing efficiency and accuracy.
-Automotive/Electronic Assembly: Laser enables flexible scheduling across workstations, and magnetic strips ensure ± 2mm docking accuracy at assembly stations.
-Heavy load/outdoor: Magnetic navigation has anti-interference and strong stability, and laser is used for global path planning and obstacle avoidance, suitable for heavy load AGV/outdoor transportation.
5. System redundancy and security assurance
-When a single navigation fails (such as laser occlusion or magnetic stripe coverage), the other navigation can be downgraded to avoid full line stoppage.
-Active obstacle avoidance with laser and path constraint with magnetic navigation, dual safety mechanism to reduce collision risk.
